Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

  • If you cancel or change your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place you will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee

  • If you miss an appointment without notice you will be subject to a $45 no show rescheduling fee

  • Pre-payments and deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or change your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, or you miss an appointment without notice

Referral Program

We appreciate your loyalty and support and want to thank you for your referrals. When you send us a new client who purchases a Laser Lipo package (body or face), you will receive one complimentary Laser Lipo body session.

Payment Options

It is our goal to make our services available to everyone. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Credit and debit cards - 2.75% processing fee applies

  • Cash App - $mshortino

  • Venmo - @Melissa-Shortino

  • Care Credit - with credit approval

  • Checks - with ID and approval

  • Payment Agreement

Payment Agreement

We offer a payment agreement option for our clients which is a legally binding contract of purchase.

  • A $100 non-refundable payment agreement fee is due at signing

  • All appointments must be paid for in full in advance, at the time of scheduling

  • Multiple appointments may be scheduled as long as a minimum of one upcoming appointment has been paid in advance

  • Cancellation policy and rescheduling fees apply to payment agreements

  • If you miss a pre-paid appointment, the payment is non-refundable and does  not apply to a rescheduled appointment. In order to reschedule, another payment in full is required. 

Everything Else

  • All sales, deposits, and payments are final and non-refundable

  • Intake forms must be completed and signed for safety reasons and may contain confidential medical history and information

  • Paperwork and documents must be signed in order to receive treatments

  • After-care instructions must be followed to receive optimal results

  • The Provider and all entities representing the Provider, including but not limited to employee, subcontractors, interns, and trainees, cannot be held liable for any side effects or adverse reactions to any and all treatments

  • Results are not guaranteed and results vary
