There are some procedures and specials that require payment in advance or a scheduling deposit. To book certain services, deposits are required to reserve your space. Deposits are non-refundable. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not provide 48-hours notice of cancellation or change to appointment, you will be required to pay another non-refundable deposit to reschedule your appointment. If you provide no notice of cancellation (no-show) you will be required to pre-pay in full (non-refundable) to reschedule your appointment. 

We appreciate your understanding as once we have booked an appointment for you, it means that we have reserved a time in our schedule exclusively for you.
